Shipping, Billing, & Refunds

Shipping
We ship from a regional warehouse in Canoga Park, California. Orders are processed once a week on Fridays and typically arrive within 1-3 business days after shipment for US-based orders. 

 

Billing
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal. To ensure your payment information is protected, we process orders through the Shopify checkout system and process payments using PayPal. Credit card and debit card numbers are never viewable by our personnel or stored on our company's servers.

Charges on your card or PayPal are made by our operating company, CHOCOLATE SUPERSTAR PRODUCTIONS, INC. dba HOLLYWOOD BOUND ACTORS, and will be reflected on your statement as a charge by "PAYPAL* HOLLYWOOD BOUND ACTORS".

**Anti-Fraud Policy: To protect our customers, we take the threat of credit card fraud very seriously at Wholesale Clothing Store. In cases where fraud is suspected (for example, where billing information provided for a credit card does not match what is on file with the credit card company), we may notify you that the processing of your order has been delayed pending investigation. Additionally, we reserve the right to cooperate with the FBI and/or local law enforcement in relation to such suspected fraud, as well as pursue civil remedies against suspected perpetrators.

 

Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains,  rips, perfume, or foul odors, with tags, and with packing slip as proof of purchase.

We do not charge any restocking fee for returns.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and items sent back to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We sell only first quality products—if any items arrive damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 15 days of delivery so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We are unable to accept undergarments (including socks) if they have been tried on or removed from their original packaging, as applicable; Gift Cards;  Downloadable Software Products; and some Health and Personal Care Items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items, gift cards, mugs, or hats.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): Book with obvious signs of use; CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened; Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Exchanges

We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

We do not cover exchange shipping costs to return the original item back to us.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no stains,  rips, perfume, or foul odors, with tags, and with packing slip as proof of purchase.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
